Vast capacity

Annual capacity for different kinds of towels is around 45 million pieces and oven mitts - 10 million pieces, pot holders - 18 million pieces. 1 million pieces of kid’s wraps and 10 million pieces of drying mats are also available for one year.

Advanced equipments

So far, this company has been well equipped with 48 pieces of advanced air jet looms with breadth from 280 to 340. There are totally 9 printing lines including 4 lines of fiber reactive printing, 4 lines of pigment printing and 1 digital printing line. 10-12 colors can be printed for pigment printing and 16 colors could be printed for fiber reactive printing. Thus different printing demands could be well satisfied.Besides, it has more than 30 pieces of automatic equipment, and all the towels and oven mitts are sewed by the automatic machines, effectively ensuring the favorable appearance and high sewing quality of the products.

Environmental production

All the products are produced with high quality material and superior crafts. And this company also has its own boiler with 6 tons of biomass using biological materials as fuel and got complete sewage treatment system inside the factory, which can deal with 3000 tons of sewage per day, achieving an up-to-standard sewage discharge.

It has passed factory audits about quality, ES and GSV requested by Walmart, Big lots, Dollar General and BBB.
